[07:58:02] <buildmaster> Hi abaumann!
[07:58:02] <buildmaster> !rq abaumann
[07:58:03] <phrik> buildmaster: <abaumann> how did this ever build?
[07:58:24] <abaumann> bill-auger: yes, the buildmaster insists on building and publishing wrong package versions.
[07:58:31] <abaumann> Next thing up is core-staging-pentium4-build
[07:58:31] <abaumann> pacman: /usr/lib/libssl.so.3: version `OPENSSL_3.2.0' not found (required by /usr/lib/libcurl.so.4)
[07:59:24] <abaumann> So rebuilding curl must be done with core-testing-pentium4-build, but that one runs into a non-QUIC version of openssl then:
[07:59:49] <abaumann> configure: Added to CURL_LIBRARY_PATH
[07:59:49] <abaumann> configure: error: --with-openssl-quic requires quic support in OpenSSL
[08:00:22] <abaumann> pacman gives me failed patch hashes:
[08:00:25] <abaumann> pacman-ignore-a-files.patch ... FAILED
[08:00:26] <abaumann> pacman-fix-gnupg-binary-data.patch ... FAILED
[08:00:29] <abaumann> pacman-fix-gnupg-newsig-check.patch ... FAILED
[08:00:53] <abaumann> This whole thing is falling apart and we should either do something about it or let it fall apart for good.
[08:03:30] <abaumann> upstream PKGBUILD of pacman is broken, the sha256sums don't match for me (or I get a very weird git version from gitlab?)
[08:11:57] <abaumann> or pkgctl fetches the wrong versions? maybe there is a merge missing in devtools32 from devtools?
[08:12:56] <abaumann> and sources.packages32.org doesn't give me the pacman sources (buffdiwuff? I never understood that script)
[08:21:40] <abaumann> Traceback (most recent call last):
[08:21:40] <abaumann> File "/usr/bin/a2x", line 5, in <module>
[08:21:40] <abaumann> from asciidoc.a2x import cli
[08:21:40] <abaumann> ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'asciidoc'
[08:21:43] <abaumann> of course.
[08:24:19] <abaumann> Things started when I fixed the building of openssl, this causes now a whole cascade of issues..
[09:13:48] <abaumann> so, some patches applied. we might have to do some build-support-manual trickery to work around openssl breakage in pacman. Will see, but for now the buildmaster is just running into timeouts in mysql and complains in sanity-check

[10:41:21] <abaumann> lots of tmp files with sanity errors, but sanity-check itself just hangs. I'll kill all lockfiles and reboot the machine, maybe that helps..
[10:41:55] -!- buildmaster has quit [Remote host closed the connection]
[10:42:20] <abaumann> I really prefer lockfile which come and go and not just lockfiles which have advisory or mandatatory locks on them.
[10:42:29] <abaumann> It's not obvious in what state you are.
[10:42:59] <abaumann> touching and removing files is atomic too, if you are on a normal (non-network) file system

[20:35:59] <buildmaster> Hi abaumann!
[20:35:59] <buildmaster> !rq abaumann
[20:36:00] <phrik> buildmaster: <abaumann> Do you have a ii-hook to check for TODO descriptions if I asked for silly features? ;-)
[20:39:46] <abaumann> KitsuWhooa: the pacman/curl/openssl issue is solved. You might have to remove /var/lib/archbuild/* on your build machines..
[20:39:57] <abaumann> if you still get the OPENSSL_3_2_0 error
